Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do not ship to countries which are subject to export restrictions by the United States of America or the European Union.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Xplicator is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They remain the full responsibility of the customer.

Due to reduced transport capacity because of pandemic reasons and current conflicts it takes up to 22 days for the package to be delivered for some destinations. Please check delivery estimates to your country through the weblinks provided below.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at art4bricks@xplicator.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Except for custom products, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Returns are NOT free of charge. All charges related to products returned have to be fully paid for by the customer returning a product. If xplicator is charged for any part of the return, we will deduct the amount it has been charged from the full order amount before it gets refunded. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at art4bricks@xplicator.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
