Benny GoodmanBenny Goodman, known as the 'King of Swing', brought jazz to mainstream audiences with his electrifying performances and hit recordings like 'Sing, Sing, Sing'. His 1938 concert at Carnegie Hall is considered a defining moment in the history of jazz, breaking racial barriers and elevating the genre to new heights. Goodman's bands featured some of the era's most talented musicians, including Gene Krupa and Lionel Hampton.
